Our shop in Chania, Crete
The history of “mare” shop begins in 1984 at 7, Chalidon Street, a few meters from the Metropolitan Church and a short distance from the Venetian Harbor of Chania. In this unique space, with the emblematic arches, Maria (Bella) Lambrinou, created a standout shop to host handmade products designed by Greek artists and creators.
The logo of the shop was designed in the early 90's by the artist Thodoris Kaloumenos. In 2004, the shop was renovated and expanded and to this day, it continues to offer a choice collection of handmade jewellery, bags, accessories and inspired creations by Greek designers.
